This agreement is legally binding; please read it carefully.
Welcome to Geek Auto Buzz! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Geek Auto Buzz website at www.geekautobuzz.com (the “Site”) as well as the features, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”) offered by Geek Auto Buzz through the Site. These Terms form the complete “Agreement” between you and Geek Auto Buzz.
By accepting these Terms, you agree to resolve any disputes through arbitration as detailed in Section 19. This agreement only allows individual arbitration between you and Geek Auto Buzz and does not permit class or representative arbitration claims.
The Service allows customers (“Customer”) to find professionals for the requested services. A customer may use the service to choose services and schedule bookings with a provider (“Booking”). Customers and all other users of the service are referred to collectively as “Users.” The “Platform” refers to both the Site and the Services.
This Platform is intended for users in the United States and is not intended for residents of the European Economic Area.
By using any part of the Platform, including by clicking to accept or otherwise agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that (a) you have read and agree to these Terms, (b) you are at least 18 years of age, (c) you have the authority to enter into this Agreement, and (d) if you are acting on behalf of a company or other entity, you are authorized to represent that organization.
These Terms address key elements of Platform usage, including how the Platform is delivered, the conditions under which we or you may suspend access, how your user account (an “Account”) must be maintained, and how disputes are handled (including arbitration and waiver of class actions).
1. Updates
Geek Auto Buzz may update these Terms at its discretion. Any updated version will be posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Platform after such updates signifies your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the version of the Terms in effect at the time the dispute arose. Please review this page periodically to stay informed.
2. Platform Access
You are responsible for your internet connection, data usage, and any related costs when using the Platform. Geek Auto Buzz reserves the right to update or modify the Platform without notice.
3. Platform Availability
Geek Auto Buzz may deny access to any user at its sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue or restrict access to any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. If your Account is deactivated, you may lose access to account details and stored content.
4. Account Security and Responsibilities
- 4.1 User Account – Some Platform features require an Account. You may register for one on the Site and may be asked to provide personal information. You agree to submit accurate, current information and avoid usernames that impersonate others, infringe on third-party rights, or are offensive.
- 4.2 Account Protection – You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and all activity under your Account. Report any unauthorized access immediately to Geek Auto Buzz.
- 4.3 Account Sharing – Accounts are non-transferable. You should not share your login credentials with anyone.
- 4.4 Deactivation by User – You may request to delete your Account at any time by contacting support@geekautobuzz.com. We may retain order history or inactive account data as needed.
- 4.5 Account Termination by Geek Auto Buzz – We may deactivate your Account with or without notice for various reasons, including suspected violations of these Terms, potential legal risks, or if the Platform is discontinued. Geek Auto Buzz reserves the right to remove your account and associated data if service is discontinued. You do not have ownership rights to your Account.
- 4.6 Reactivation – If you deactivate your Account voluntarily, you may email us at support@geekautobuzz.com to request reactivation. Requests for reinstatement of accounts terminated by us will be reviewed at our sole discretion.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Our cancellation and rescheduling guidelines are listed on our Cancellation Policy page and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
6. Pricing and Payments
6.1. Costs
All pricing, fees, and charges related to services on the Platform (“Fees”) are listed on the Site and are shown in U.S. Dollars. Fees may change at any time without prior notice and are confirmed only at checkout. A service or platform fee may also be included at the time of checkout. Unless otherwise stated or approved in writing by Geek Auto Buzz, all payments are final and non-refundable. Users are not permitted to cancel purchases once confirmed.
Your use of any payment mechanism, including but not limited to PayPal or other payment methods (“Payment Provider”), is governed by that provider’s agreement. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY PAYMENT METHOD UTILIZED FOR ANY TRANSACTION. You must provide complete, accurate, and current billing information to Geek Auto Buzz or any third-party processor. You are responsible for paying applicable taxes. Geek Auto Buzz is not responsible for payment errors or fees charged by your payment provider.
6.2. Failed Transactions
If your payment method fails, you will be notified through email or via your account dashboard. You must update your payment information within three (3) business days. Until your payment method is updated and any outstanding balance is resolved, your Account may be restricted.
Geek Auto Buzz is not responsible for fees imposed by your card issuer or bank due to failed payment attempts. If unresolved for 30 days, unpaid balances may be turned over to a third-party collection agency. You agree to pay any legal, administrative, or collection-related costs resulting from unpaid balances.
You also agree that Geek Auto Buzz, or its agents, may contact you (via phone, email, or mail) using the information you’ve provided to recover unpaid amounts, in accordance with applicable laws.
6.3. Subscriptions
- (a) Annual Subscription Plans: Users may enroll in subscription-based plans (“Subscription Plan”), which are billed on an annual or monthly basis. All subscription plans are annual commitments, even if billed monthly.
- (b) Subscription Costs: You agree to pay the Subscription Fee, including any applicable taxes or one-time setup charges. Subscription Plan options and pricing can be found on the Geek Auto Buzz Membership page and are subject to change without notice.
- (c) Subscription Activation: Your subscription will begin once payment is processed. If you select the “Annual Plan, Pay Annually” option, the full annual amount plus taxes is due up front. For the “Annual Plan, Pay Monthly” option, the first monthly payment, taxes, and setup fee are due at checkout, followed by monthly billing for the remaining term.
- (d) Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you disable auto-renewal before the end of the current term. Renewal pricing may vary; you’ll be notified of any changes. You can disable auto-renewal through your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@geekautobuzz.com. Disabling auto-renewal stops further charges but does not cancel the current subscription term.
- (e) Cancellations: For the “Annual Plan, Pay Annually” option, you may cancel within 30 days for a refund, minus any discounts or promotional savings applied. To cancel, contact support@geekautobuzz.com within 30 days. Cancellations after this period are non-refundable and your plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
- (h) Deactivation for Nonpayment: If your subscription payment fails, your plan may be suspended immediately. Services under that plan will be unavailable until the payment issue is resolved and the account is updated.
7. Platform Usage Restrictions
7.1. Acceptable Use
Geek Auto Buzz grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal or authorized commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Platform.
- Sell, lease, license, sublicense, or assign access to others without consent.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Geek Auto Buzz.
- Launch denial-of-service attacks or interfere with the Platform’s infrastructure.
- Access others' accounts or Platform systems without authorization.
- Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or prohibited activities.
- Upload or distribute offensive, abusive, or unlawful content.
- Send spam, unsolicited promotions, or phishing messages.
- Violate third-party service terms, laws, or privacy regulations.
- Collect user data or contact details without permission.
- Use any malicious software, virus, or automated tool to manipulate, harm, or interrupt the Platform or its services.
8. Links
8.1. External Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. Geek Auto Buzz is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of external sites. Accessing those links is at your own risk, and their own terms and policies apply.
8.2. Linking to the Platform
If you link to our Platform (e.g., from your site or social media), you must follow these conditions unless a written agreement states otherwise:
- (a) The link must not damage or dilute Geek Auto Buzz’s reputation or trademarks.
- (b) The link must not falsely suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
Geek Auto Buzz may withdraw link permissions at any time and reserves the right to alter or disable shared links, vanity URLs, or redirects for any reason.
9. Intellectual Property (IP)
9.1. Trademarks
The Geek Auto Buzz name, logo, and related marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of Geek Auto Buzz. You are not permitted to use any Geek Auto Buzz trademarks, service marks, or logos without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use may violate applicable trademark and unfair competition laws.
9.2. Ownership Rights
You acknowledge that all intellectual property and proprietary rights associated with the Platform—including but not limited to copyrights, trade secrets, and design rights—are owned by Geek Auto Buzz or its licensors. These rights are protected by applicable laws in the U.S. and internationally. The Platform may contain confidential information, and you agree not to disclose such information without express written consent.
9.3. Feedback
You may choose to provide suggestions, bug reports, ideas, or other input related to the Platform (“Feedback”). By doing so, you grant Geek Auto Buzz full ownership rights over such Feedback. Geek Auto Buzz may use this input without obligation to you and without restriction for development, enhancement, or any other purpose.
9.4. Copyright Infringement Policy
Geek Auto Buzz complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable intellectual property laws. We have a policy of terminating, when appropriate, user accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work is being used without authorization on the Platform, please contact us:

- Your name and contact details (address, phone number, email)

- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is unauthorized

10. Privacy Policy
By using the Platform or agreeing to these Terms, you also accept Geek Auto Buzz’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is accessible on the Site and may be updated at any time. If you do not agree with the current Privacy Policy, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the current terms and policies.
11. Jurisdiction and Location
Geek Auto Buzz is operated within the United States. Your data may be stored and processed in the U.S. or other countries that may not offer the same level of legal protection as your home jurisdiction. Use of the Platform outside the U.S. is at your own discretion and risk, and may be subject to local regulations. Residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) should not use the Platform.
12. Submitted Content
12.1. Content Responsibility
The Platform may allow users to submit content (e.g., reviews, comments, media, and other materials) for display or interaction (“Submitted Content”). Geek Auto Buzz does not verify or endorse Submitted Content and is not responsible for its accuracy or legality. You agree that your Submitted Content may be viewed by other users and may be offensive, inaccurate, or inappropriate.
Submitted Content must not:
- Violate copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights
- Be false or misleading
- Contain obscene, defamatory, threatening, or unlawful material
- Harm minors or violate third-party privacy rights
Geek Auto Buzz reserves the right—but not the obligation—to screen, remove, or block access to Submitted Content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Submitting prohibited content may result in account termination.
12.2. License to Use Content
By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Geek Auto Buzz a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, display, distribute, and adapt your content in connection with its services. This license includes using your content for promotional or operational purposes. You also grant other users a non-exclusive right to access your content through the Platform.
Even if you delete your content, Geek Auto Buzz may retain archived versions as permitted by law, and your license grant remains valid. You affirm that you have the right to license all content submitted and that your submissions do not infringe on the rights of others.
12.3. Your Liability
You are solely responsible for any Submitted Content you post, share, or upload. Geek Auto Buzz is not liable for damages or losses arising from the use of such content. You assume full legal responsibility for any consequence tied to your posted material.
13. Use of Your Computer or Device
- Access performance data and certain system details of your device (e.g., CPU usage, memory, operating system)
- Use your bandwidth or storage (as needed) to enhance functionality and performance
- Collect diagnostic data to troubleshoot performance issues and improve user experience
This interaction is essential for the Platform’s technical operations and communication features. If you do not consent to these interactions, you should stop using the Platform.
14. Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions
14.1. Consent to Contact
By using the Platform or agreeing to these Terms, you consent to be contacted by Geek Auto Buzz via email, phone calls, text messages (where legally allowed), and browser notifications. We may use these methods for service updates, appointment notifications, user inquiries, feedback requests, and, only with your explicit consent, promotional communications.
14.2. Applicability
These Mobile Messaging Terms govern your participation in any mobile messaging program operated by Geek Auto Buzz (the “Program”). Participation in the Program means you also agree to these Terms and the arbitration provisions in Section 19. These Terms only apply to the Program and do not alter other provisions of our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
14.3. Opt-In Agreement
You may enroll in the Program through online forms or other sign-up mechanisms. By opting in, you authorize Geek Auto Buzz and any service providers assisting in messaging to send you recurring SMS or MMS messages, which may be auto-dialed or pre-recorded. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
14.4. Opt-Out Process
To stop receiving mobile messages, reply with “STOP” to any message. You may receive one final confirmation message. This is the only approved method to opt out. Messages like “unsubscribe” or other informal requests may not be recognized by our system.
14.5. Responsibility to Notify Us
You agree to notify us if you change or stop using the mobile number associated with your Program participation. If you fail to notify us and another person receives your messages, you may be held responsible for any related claims or fees. You agree to indemnify Geek Auto Buzz and related parties from any legal consequences due to failure to update your contact information.
14.6. Description of Messaging Content
- Appointment updates and confirmations
- Feedback or support inquiries
- Special offers or promotions (if you’ve opted in to marketing communications)
14.7. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your use of Geek Auto Buzz services. Standard messaging and data rates apply depending on your wireless provider. Participation may result in future communications without additional opt-ins.
14.8. MMS Compatibility
If your device doesn’t support MMS, Geek Auto Buzz may send SMS-only versions of messages (if you have consented).
14.9. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
The Program is provided “as-is.” Service may be interrupted by network outages, hardware issues, or mobile carrier limitations. Geek Auto Buzz is not responsible for message delays or delivery failures caused by wireless carriers or third-party providers.
14.10. Device and Carrier Requirements
- A mobile device capable of two-way messaging
- A wireless plan with SMS/MMS enabled
- Not all devices or carriers support the Program. Check with your carrier for specific compatibility.
15. No Endorsement; Limited Warranty; Warranty Disclaimer
- Geek Auto Buzz does not endorse or certify any independent Tech professional using the Platform.
- Geek Auto Buzz does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by Techs.
- Techs are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Geek Auto Buzz.
- Geek Auto Buzz only facilitates the booking process and does not warrant or guarantee work performed by Techs.
- Services are expected to be delivered in a professional manner, and any defects must be reported within 90 days.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geek Auto Buzz disclaims all warranties—express or implied—including those of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.
- We do not warrant the availability, accuracy, or virus-free status of the Platform.
16. Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by applicable law: Geek Auto Buzz and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
- In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of (i) $500 or (ii) the amount you paid to Geek Auto Buzz for services in the past 12 months.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions, so these may not apply to you.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Geek Auto Buzz and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your access to or use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Any misuse or unauthorized use of your Account
- Any content you submit, post, or share through the Platform
18. Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms or your use of the Geek Auto Buzz Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Geek Auto Buzz also reserves the right to seek equitable remedies (including injunctions) in any court of competent jurisdiction.
19. Arbitration Binding:
All disputes, claims, or controversies connected to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures.
Arbitration will be held in Los Angeles, California, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
- You and Geek Auto Buzz agree to individual-only arbitration — no class or representative actions are permitted.
- Claims involving Geek Auto Buzz’s intellectual property rights, theft, piracy, unauthorized use, privacy violations, or equitable relief are excluded from arbitration.
- Arbitration fees shall follow the JAMS rules.
- If any part of this section is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
- You also agree that the limitations of liability and disclaimers in these Terms are core elements of your agreement with Geek Auto Buzz.
20. General:
20.1. No Partnership
These Terms and your use of the Geek Auto Buzz Platform do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Geek Auto Buzz.
20.2. Assignment
Geek Auto Buzz may assign its rights or obligations under these Terms at any time. You may not assign any of your rights without prior written consent from Geek Auto Buzz.
20.3. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed and the rest will remain fully in effect.
20.4. Attorney Fees
Except as otherwise stated in Section 19, the prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal costs.
20.5. No Waiver
Geek Auto Buzz’s failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that or any other part later.
20.6. Notices
All required notices must be sent to support@geekautobuzz.
20.7. Export Administration
You agree to follow all U.S. and foreign export control laws. You will not export or re-export any portion of the Geek Auto Buzz Platform to countries or individuals prohibited by law.
20.8. Fair Treatment & Equitable Relief
You acknowledge that any breach of these Terms could cause irreparable harm to Geek Auto Buzz, and agree that Geek Auto Buzz is entitled to equitable relief, including injunctive remedies, in addition to other legal rights, without the need for bond or proof of damages.
20.9. Complete Agreement
These Terms, together with any referenced policies (like the Privacy Policy or Cancellation Policy), form the entire agreement between you and Geek Auto Buzz regarding the use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements.
